Section 484-50-005 - How do I request and inspect public records?

(1) All public records of the department of veterans affairs are available for public inspection and copying from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, pursuant to these rules except as otherwise provided in chapter 42.56 RCW, other applicable laws, and these rules.

(2) The public records officer for WDVA shall be responsible for responses to requests for public records. Requests for public records shall be submitted to the WDVA public records officer using the following contact information:
