Any judge who voluntarily leaves service after having served an aggregate of fifteen years but prior to attaining age sixty shall be eligible to apply for and receive a service retirement allowance computed according to RCW 2.10.110 commencing upon his/her attainment of age sixty. Such allowance shall be computed in accordance with RCW 2.10.110 and 2.10.030(9)(b).
