Section 391-25-130 - List of employees

(1) Unless otherwise specified by the executive director or designee, the employer shall submit to the agency and the petitioner a list containing the names and last known addresses of all of the employees in the bargaining unit described in the petition within 10 days following a request by the agency. After granting a motion for intervention, the agency shall provide a copy of the list of names and addresses to the intervenor.

(2) In addition to the information required by subsection (1) of this section, an employer of symphony musicians who are seeking to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining must, upon request, provide the executive director with financial information that establishes the agency's jurisdiction over the employer.
