The definition of contribution in the act excludes the actual cost of consumables furnished at a ticketed fund-raising event. This exclusion applies to the amount paid for food, beverages, preparation, catering or entertainment furnished at the event. For this purpose of the act and these rules, the term "consumable" includes the amount paid for food, beverages, event preparation, catering or entertainment cost furnished at the event.
