DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES EMPLOYEE BACKGROUND CHECKS
- Section 388-06-0600 - Must the DSHS secretary or designee conduct background checks on all employees in covered positions and applicants under consideration for a covered position? (Repealed)
