Section 388-147-1475 - What are the qualifications for the foster home licensor?

(1) Your foster home licensor must:
(a) Be at least twenty-one years old;
and
(b) Have a bachelor's degree in
social services or related field; or
(c) Four years of relevant full-time
experience serving children may be substituted for the bachelor's degree with
DLR administrative approval.
