(1) Foster homes that you certify as meeting our licensing requirements may accept children only from:
(a) Your child-placing
agency; or
(b) A different
child-placing agency or the department if there is an agreement written in
advance between your child-placing agency and the other child-placing
agency/department specifying the criteria and conditions for placement of the
children. The written agreements must specify roles and responsibilities of
each agency.
