(1) The services provided by an emergency respite center may not substitute for those provided by:
(a) Crisis residential centers;
(b) HOPE centers; or
(c) Any other services required under
chapter
13.32A (family
reconciliation services) RCW or
chapter
13.34 RCW (Juvenile court
act).
