Section 388-145-2010 - Who are the residents served at my emergency respite center?

(1) An emergency respite center may provide care for:
(a)
Children from birth through seventeen years; and
(b) Persons eighteen through twenty years of
age when the person has intellectual and developmental disabilities and
admitted with a sibling who is under eighteen.
