Section 388-406-0056 - When does my eligibility for referral to the housing and essential needs (HEN) program begin?

This section applies to referrals to the housing and essential needs (HEN) program.
(1) If you meet the eligibility requirements in WAC 388-400-0070, HEN referral eligibility begins:
(a) The date we have
enough information to make an eligibility decision; or
(b) No later than the forty-fifth day from
the date we receive your application.
