Section 381-70-300 - Issuance to parties

Upon application of counsel for any party to a parole revocation case, there shall be issued to such parties subpoenas requiring the attendance and testimony of witnesses or the production of evidence in such proceeding.

The board may issue subpoenas to a party not represented by counsel upon request and upon showing of general relevance and reasonable scope of testimony or evidence sought.
