Section 363-11-060 - Appearance and practice before agency - Former employee as expert witness

No former employee of the board of pilotage commissioners shall at any time after severing his employment with the board appear, except with the written permission of the board, and in compliance with chapter 42.22 RCW, as an expert witness on behalf of other parties in a formal proceeding wherein he previously took an active part in the investigation as a representative of the board.
