Section 363-11-050 - Appearance and practice before agency - Appearance by former employee of board or member of attorney general's staff

No former employee of the board of pilotage commissioners or member of the attorney general's staff may at any time after severing his employment with the board or the attorney general appear, except with the written permission of the board, and in compliance with chapter 42.22 RCW, in a representative capacity on behalf of other parties in a formal proceeding wherein he previously took an active part as a representative of the board.
