Section 363-11-040 - Appearance and practice before agency - Standards of ethical conduct

All persons appearing in proceedings before the board of pilotage commissioners in a representative capacity shall conform to the standards of ethical conduct required of attorneys before the courts of Washington. If any such person does not conform to such standards, the board may decline to permit such person to appear in a representative capacity in any proceeding before the board.
