Section 36-14-535 - Notification of amateur mixed martial arts events

Amateur mixed martial arts sanctioning organizations must notify the department in writing fourteen days prior to an event with the following information:

. Name of licensed promoter;

. Date and time of event;

. Location of event;

. Name of representative in charge of the event.
