Section 358-40-010 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter shall be to ensure compliance by the personnel appeals board with the provisions of chapter 42.17 RCW, Disclosure -- Campaign finances -- Lobbying -- Records; and in particular with sections 25 through 32 of that chapter, dealing with public records.
