Section 357-19-302 - Do employees appointed to seasonal appointments serve a probationary period and gain permanent status?

General government employees who do not have permanent status and receive a seasonal appointment must complete a probationary period. The probationary period may be completed in consecutive seasonal appointments with the same employer. Upon completion of the probationary period, employees in seasonal appointments gain permanent status.
