Section 317-40-040 - Compliance with federal law and regulations

(1) All bunkering and personnel involved in bunkering must comply with applicable provisions of federal law and regulations governing licensing, documentation, and oil transfer operations under 33 C.F.R. Sec. 155 and 156, and 46 C.F.R. Sec. 12, 15, and 35.

(2) Federal law and regulations applicable to bunkering on the effective date of these rules are hereby incorporated. Any amendment or recodification of an applicable federal law or regulation is also hereby incorporated unless expressly stated otherwise.
