If the board denies a liquor license application, the applicants may:
(1)Request an administrative hearing per chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act.
(2) Not apply for any license for one year from the date of the board's final order. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the board or their delegated staff.
