Section 306-01-050 - Public records

(1) All public records of the law revision commission, including minutes, shall be available unless exempt from disclosure under chapters 41.17 or 42.30 RCW. Any member of the public may examine records of the commission by directing a request to the secretary. The secretary shall determine charges for copying commission records for a requesting member of the public, at a charge not to exceed the actual cost of reproduction.

(2) Copies of the minutes, reports, and certain other records of the law revision commission shall be on file at the University of Washington School of Law. Requests for examination of the materials located at the school of law may be addressed to the Dean, University of Washington School of Law, Condon Hall, Seattle, Washington, 98105, with a copy of such request to the secretary of the commission.
