(1) The fee for a one-year license is:

(a) For a contractor engaged in forestation or reforestation: |
$100.00 |

(b) For all other contractors: |
$ 35.00 |

(2) The fee for a two year license is: |
|
|
(a) For a contractor engaged in forestation or reforestation: |
$200.00 |
|
(b) For all other contractors: |
$ 70.00 |
