Section 255-01-050 - Election of officers

Election shall be by mail ballot to all qualified members of the society. Officers and trustees are elected to serve for three years, no more than ten to be elected annually. Trustees shall serve no more than three consecutive three-year terms. A majority of all ballots cast shall be necessary to elect.
