This chapter is promulgated pursuant to the authority granted in the Public Water System Coordination Act of 1977, chapter 70A.100 RCW, for the purpose of implementing a program relating to public water system coordination within the state of Washington, for evaluation and determination of critical water supply service areas, and assistance for orderly and efficient public water system planning.
