(1) Public notice required under WAC 246-290-71001(1) must contain any specific health effects language set forth in WAC 246-290-72012 in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 141.205(d)(1) and other standard language in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 141.205(d)(2) and (3), except that notification of the availability of results required per 40 C.F.R. 141.40 and notification of the exceedance of the secondary MCL for fluoride must be in accordance with WAC 246-290-71005.

(2) The purveyor shall provide specific mandatory language, contained in department guidance, in its notification when the purveyor is issued a category red operating permit.
