Section 246-272B-02150 - LOSS 14,500 gpd and below - Operating permit application and approval to construct

(1) To apply for an operating permit, the owner of a LOSS with design flow of 14,500 gpd and below shall submit a completed operating permit application on a form provided by the department; the operating permit fee established in chapter 246-272 WAC, Wastewater and reclaimed water use fees; and all other unpaid fees.
(2) After reviewing all submitted information, the department shall provide a written notice of determination to the owner.
(3) If the owner disagrees with the department draft operating permit, the owner may submit comments to the department within thirty days of receipt.
(4) The department shall consider comments submitted by the owner, and issue approval to construct and the operating permit after all fees are paid.
