Section 246-243-080 - Radiation survey instruments

(1) The licensee shall maintain sufficient calibrated and operable radiation survey instruments at each location where radioactive material is present to make physical radiation surveys as required by this part and chapter 246-221 WAC. Instrumentation required by this section shall be capable of measuring a range from 0.02 millisieverts (2 millirems) per hour through 0.01 sievert (1 rem) per hour.
