Section 246-243-050 - Internal inspection program and training

(1) Each licensee shall conduct the internal inspection of job performance required by WAC 246-235-084 at intervals not to exceed six months. Except as provided in subsection (1)(d) of this section, the radiation safety officer (RSO) or designee shall conduct an inspection program of the job performance of each radiographer and radiographer's assistant to ensure that the department's regulations, license requirements, and the licensee's operating and emergency procedures are followed. (2) The licensee shall provide annual refresher safety training for each radiographer and radiographer's assistant at intervals not to exceed twelve months.
(3) Each licensee shall maintain the following records for three years after the record is made:
