A licensee shall maintain a record of safety instructions required by WAC 246-240-204, 246-240-263, and the operational and safety instructions required by WAC 246-240-360 for three years. The record must include a list of the topics covered, the date of the instruction, the names of the attendees, and the names of the individuals who provided the instruction.
