Chapter 246-922 - Podiatric physicians and surgeons
Section 246-922-080 - Advertisements prior to licensure prohibited

Any individual who has not been licensed to practice as a podiatric physician and surgeon by the state of Washington is prohibited from advertising as practicing podiatric medicine and surgery in this state, by any means including placement of a telephone listing in any telephone directory.
