Section 246-830-425 - Appeal rights when the board has denied, suspended, or revoked approval

(1) A massage school, massage program, transfer program or apprenticeship program that has been denied approval or had its approval suspended or revoked may appeal the board's decision according to the provisions of chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedure Act, Parts IV and V, and chapter 246-11 WAC.

(2) The board adopts the model procedural rules for adjudicative proceedings as adopted by the department and contained in chapter 246-11 WAC.
