Section 246-562-140 - Department's responsibility to report to the U.S. Department of State and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

(1) The department may report to the U.S. Department of State and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services if the applicant or physician is determined to be out of compliance with any of the provisions of this chapter.

(2) The department may report to the U.S. Department of State and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services if the physician is determined to have left employment in the federally designated area.
