(1) The department, in cooperation with the office of superintendent of public instruction, shall:
(a) Update the Health and Safety
Guide for K-12 Schools in Washington (the guide) at least every four
years; and
(b) Make the guide
available on the department's web site.
(2) The guide is the primary source of guidance for local health officers and school officials implementing these rules.
