Section 246-358-015 - Technical assistance-Notice of violation

(1) The department of health or the department of labor and industries may provide technical assistance to assist in compliance with this chapter if requested by an operator.
(2)The department of health may charge a fee for construction review technical assistance in accordance with WAC 246-359-990.
(3)During a technical assistance visit or within a reasonable time thereafter, the department of health shall inform the operator of the TWH on any violations of law or agency rules as follows:
(a)A description of the condition that is not
in compliance and the text of the specific section or subsection of the
applicable law or rule;
(b)A
statement of what is required to achieve compliance;
(c)The date by which the department of health
requires compliance to be achieved; and
(d)Notice of the means to contact any
technical assistance services provided by the department of health or other
sources of technical assistance.
