Chapter 246-90 - Local board of health membership
Section 246-90-020 - Local boards of health-Nonelected members-Recruitment

(1) A local board of health must actively recruit applicants for nonelected member positions of the local board of health in a manner that solicits a broad pool of applicants that represent a diversity of expertise and lived experience.
