Section 246-25-180 - Notice of modification or withdrawal of authorization

If at anytime during its ongoing supervision of authorized conduct pursuant to RCW 43.72.310(6), the commission determines that reason exists to revoke or modify its authorization, the commission shall immediately notify the applicant in writing. An applicant may request an adjudicative proceeding within thirty days of receipt of the notice. If no adjudicative hearing is requested by the applicant within thirty days of receipt of the notice, the commission shall immediately revoke or modify its authorization.
