Section 246-11-310 - Effect of summary action

(1) Summary action takes effect upon entry of the order.

(2) No person will be required to comply with a summary action until service has been made or the person has knowledge of the order, whichever occurs first.

(3) A summary action must be served as promptly as practicable, in accordance with WAC 246-11-080.

(4) A summary action shall not be subject to the post hearing process provided in WAC 246-11-550 through 246-11-610, but a summary action may be appealed to superior court as provided by law.
