Section 208-690-014 - How does the department interpret the definitions in RCW 19.230.010?

(1) "Currency exchange." For purposes of RCW 19.230.010(8)(b), "investment" means an investment that is not money of a government.
(2) "Responsible individual." The responsible individual must:
(a) Be a citizen of the
United States or have legal immigration status to work in the United
States;
(b) Hold W-2 employee
status with the licensee;
(c) Be
knowledgeable of the laws and rules implementing the act; and
(d) Be responsible for the company's
compliance with applicable state and federal laws, rules and
regulations.
