SMALL LOAN REQUIREMENTS (PAYDAY LENDING)
Section 208-630-506 - What are my obligations if the borrower notifies me that he or she will be or is unable to pay the small loan on time?

You must inform the borrower that he or she has a right to convert the small loan to an installment plan. See WAC 208-630-520.
