REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
Section 208-630-930 - When may the director reject financial statements and other reports submitted to the director by the licensee?

The director may reject any financial statement, report, certificate, or opinion filed pursuant to this section. The director must notify the licensee or other person required to make such filing of its rejection and the cause thereof.
