Section 208-436-020 - Supplementary application information

Upon receiving an application from a credit union to engage in an investment or deposit practice pursuant to this chapter, the director may request such additional information as he or she deems necessary for the informed disposition of the application. If supplementary application information is requested by the director, the application will not be deemed complete until the supplementary information is supplied.
