Section 192-140-055 - What happens if I do not respond to a request for information about a labor dispute?

(1) The department will presume you are unemployed as a result of a labor dispute and directly interested in or participating in the dispute if you do not respond to a request for information about a labor dispute.

(2) The department will deny benefits under RCW 50.20.090. This denial will continue until you provide the requested information.
