Section 192-140-030 - What happens if I do not report in person when directed?

(1) If you do not report in person when directed to do so, and do not provide information to explain why you did not report in person, the department will presume you failed to report in person without good cause and benefits will be denied under RCW 50.20.010(1).

(2) This denial of benefits is for the week or weeks in which you failed to report in person.
