The introductory paragraph of 40 C.F.R. 270.66 is incorporated by reference. It applies to an owner or operator of a cement kiln, lightweight aggregate kiln, solid fuel boiler, liquid fuel boiler, or hydrochloric acid production furnace that demonstrates compliance with the air emission standards and limitations in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, subpart EEE.
