Any lot may be rejected if certifying agency determines that said lot fails to meet these standards. The privilege of certification may be withdrawn by certifying agency for a definite period of time in case of flagrant violations of field or processing standards. If applicant believes an erroneous decision has been rendered, he may make written appeal to certifying agency for review by its governing body.
