Section 132U-276-100 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter shall be to ensure compliance by Community College District No. 21 with the provisions of chapter 42.17 RCW, Disclosure -- Campaign finances -- Lobbying -- Records; and in particular sections 250-340 of that act, dealing with public records.
