Section 132L-117-150 - Disabled and inoperative vehicles-Impounding

(1) Disabled or inoperative vehicles shall not be parked on the campus for a period exceeding 72 hours, without authorization from the chief administrative officer, or designee.
(2) Vehicles parked over 72 hours without authorization may be impounded and stored at the expense of either or both the owner and operator thereof.
(3) Notice of intent to impound will be posted on the vehicle 24 hours prior to impound.
