Section 132J-116-060 - Valid permit

(1) A valid parking permit is:
(a) An unexpired permanent,
temporary, visitor, or special use permit,
(b) Issued under the authority of the
vice-president for business affairs,
(c) Used according to its terms,
and
(d) Affixed to and visible from
outside of the vehicle -- and the windshield if the vehicle has one.
(2) No permit will be valid for more than one year.
(3) Expired permits shall be removed from the vehicle.
