Section 110-145-2155 - What must I demonstrate to be licensed for an RAC?

(1) In accordance with RCW 74.15.311, you must meet the following requirements:
(a) There is a need in the local
community for a RAC;
(b) Be
primarily staffed with trained volunteers in order to meet staffing
requirements; and
(c) You are not
financially dependent upon reimbursement from the state.
