Section 110-145-2020 - What information must I obtain before accepting a child for care at my emergency respite center?

(1) Before accepting a child for care at an emergency respite center you must obtain the following:
(a) Permission from the
child's parent or guardian authorizing placement and emergency medical care or
surgery on behalf of the child;
(b)
Basic family information, including address, telephone numbers, and emergency
contacts; and
(c) Basic medical
information, including current medication, known allergies, and at risk
behaviors of the child.
