A. Local air pollution control agencies shall develop local plans which will establish standard operating procedures and allocation of responsibilities (including public information) to be placed in effect in the event of an air pollution episode. Two copies of such plans and any subsequent changes to the plans shall be furnished to the board.
B. The statewide episode control center will be located in Richmond. Operational, communication and public information procedures for the control of air pollution episodes by the state episode control center will be promulgated by the board to all local air pollution control agencies and regional offices.
